    Default Picture is "frozen"

    Since 8:21PM, the picture on all channels are either frozen or black screen. Even the preview guide is stuck.

    Internet doesn't seem to be affected. (Still connected right now).

    Calls to their 800 number are greeted with either no connects or with a "We are unable to complete your call at this time."

    Anyone have any ideas what is up?

    same here in multiple parts of melbourne and Stargate Universe premiers at 9pm
