Trying to resolve an issue with BH regarding our Internet. We are having a high amount of connection issues over the last few weeks. The connection issues happens in spurts. At some points rendering the service unusable.
BH Customer Service has worked with us and we have had two visits. We are now in the process of scheduling our third visit and I would like to try to find out what if anything is the next step in getting the service repaired.
So far the Line Tech and PC Tech have visited us. The line tech replaced connections and possibly some line and the PC Tech replaced the modem (3rd one in 3 weeks) and proclaimed all is well. Claimed our current modem had a 41% error rate. There appears to have been little to no improvement in the stability of the connection after two visits.
What can I expect? What questions can I ask? Is there anything more that I can do to try and improve the connection on my own?
