I appreciate what charter is doing in an effort to try and fix their image as well as their product. Charter was the worst isp in the history of isps to me at one time. I had said time and time again they were headed for bk and they wouldnt last. I was right about the bk in the end but i can really see a big improvement in what they are trying to do.
I still dont agree with everything they do but at some point you have to understand an effort is being made and thats why i posted this.
