    Hello, I am having trouble with my charter email account, I can send and receive emails sent by me fine. Further,ore, I can also send emails to other people, but if that person attempts to reply to my email, I will never get it no matter how many times I press the send/receive button in Outlook Express. I have called Charter multiple times and they have done nothing, somebody help please!!! Thank you.

    So let me understand this...

    You compose an email to yourself using your Charter address and you can send it fine. Then you click send/receive and it shows up in your inbox. Is that right?

    Have you tried sending to yourself from another webmail service like Yahoo or Gmail or Hotmail? Do you get these sent to yourself or not?

    Are you sure that the people sending you the email have the exact address for you right?

    Do you see these missing emails in your inbox if you access your Charter email account via the Charter webmail link on Welcome to Charter.net - Home

    And as was mentioned, any SPAM filtering on or somehow have you added these people to your blocked senders list?

    i too have had this issue. i could receive email from other people, but i could not send them. after 3 calls to Charter tech support (which was quite useless, btw, considering i know more than the 3 tech support people i spoke with) i was informed that it was a windows mail issue. well, it is not. i found out the issue is that Charter's e-mail server is marking mail sent from my addresses as spam. i made a new e-mail account and it can send fine, but the others cannot. ive sent e-mails to Charter about my 2 addresses that are not working but have received no response. i wish they would, as i want those e-mail addresses to work so i dont have to go all over the web and change my information because Charter's server says im a spammer.
