Anyone have any suggestions. Ever since I switched to Charter I cannot play or connect with anyone on Xbox Live who also uses Charter ISP. Support is no help. Charter says it is Xbox Live and Xbox Live says its Charter. No one seems to know anything. I know it is Charter because never had any problem before the switch. Tried port forwarding and everything else I could think of. Does Charter offer a modem that can be configured. I had Sprint/Embarq before and recall having a similar problem there but was able to Bridge the DSL modem to connect with friends that used the same ISP. Please Help. Pisses me off that I pay for internet service and can't use it for what I want.
