Vod err-17

What is VOD ERR-17, and why is everything giving that error.

"Unable to process request ERR-17".

We were watching music video's all night, all of a sudden they won't play.

The TV Guide Seachange client error messages document I have is old (pre A25). If anyone has an updated PDF for A25 / A28 it would be great to post it.
