Thread: How to get a DCX 3400

I live in Taylor, Michigan and our local Comcast office doesn't have the new DCX 3400 boxes. How can I get one?

As an installer so do I, but he is right. Generally they save the NEW shiny stuff for the cablestore, and give the techs the old stuff. No idea why and no one can tell us, but its what we get.
We also get marks against us if the old stuff fails and the customer has to call in. Cus that makes sense, it's our fault they gave us faulty eq to use.
