It looks like the specs on the motorola dct700 has only analog or coaxial outputs- you are not really going to get anything close to a HD signal from a unit like this ...
How do you have it connected to the Sony ?
Ideally you have HDMI inputs on the Bravia and that would be the best source to use.
Of course the source would have to have that type of output.
Component (RGB) would also be accceptable -
Do you have any other source like a dvd player that might have these type of outputs to test ?

i got it this way, the tv company cable(coaxial) is connected to the digital box, then another extension (coaxial cable) connects with the tv.
what can i do to have a clear resolution?

You are not really going to be able to get any kind of HD signal over coax.
On the TV your best setting would be 480i but this is "standard def" and is not going to look that great on the HDTV and might be be even more distorted depending on your other settings like "stretch" etc.
Who is your cable TV provider ?
Do they offer a different digital box with the HDMI or component outputs ? or HD channels ?
Does your Bravia have these HDMI or component inputs ?
What is the native resolution on the Sony ?
It should be at least 720p and you would want to get a broadcast signal at least that high as well if possible.

if you have a DCT700, that receievr only does Standard Definition service, you need to upgrade to High-Def Servce with your cable provider and they will swap the DCT700 out for a High-Def receiver that has HDMI outputs
