SCTP implement deployment
There is SCTP implemented in Cox router of protocol transport at the headend? I'm wondering about that... so TCP,UDP,UDPlite,DCCP,SCTP etc of protocol transports can run over the unreliable IP packet service if Cox doesn't care what the end user have a choice to choose any of transport protocol that runs over the top of an IP packet service?
