Other than cost I don't see any difference listed on charters site between the Residential and Business cable internet options.

Are there any?

I'm assuming the Business may come with dedicated support, no blocked ports, no bandwidth cap (is residential even capped?) and you can modify reverse DNS look ups? Or would I be wrong if I assumed that?

Also does Business get you a prioritized/QoS connection over Residential?
