Thread: Crystal Broadband Why?

Since Crystal Broadband purchased Windjammer, we are unable to get Fox News channel 90% of the time. We have at least five other channels that are of poor quality for viewing.

I've called many times during the last month and had no cable at least 6 days. Is this the best service Crystal Broadband offers its customers? Is anyone else having this problem?
We never experienced this difficulty with Windjammer.

I feel your pain. They just slashed the internet speed for my area from 15mb download down to around 5mb. Most of the time it is slower than that and fluctuates a lot. They changed the internet backbone out for the cable internet in my area. I may be cancelling them in short order. I already have 3mb dsl.
