I'd bet they don't want you to leave.... considering DISH is proud and occasional grateful I have been with them for 8 years (offering perks)... and DTV still trying monthly of more frequently get me back after that long gone.

VS Comcast I shed long ago just nearly weekly pollutes my mailbox flailing around for ANY customer they can get here anymore Maybe one of their most horrible markets... I'd guess it 50/50 if not more like 60 or 70 sat. here. And not just residential, but Especially the important COMMERCIAL per seat paid bar and hotel accounts. That are DTV or DISH mostly and cable suffering.

HD's fail. I have had my HR21-100 for almost 2 years now. Crap happens they will replace it and move on
