    Default My neighbor's satellite eyesore

    My neighbor installed his dish pointing at our house on our side of his building. He did that to bother us because we complained that he had an illegal unit in his building. (among other things) Can I put anything on my roof that would block his transmission so that he would have to move it to another place?
