What I have done, is create a new group with the Group Edit which you see when you are looking at My Recordings screen(Granted you to have grouping turned on, I believe)

In your case, create a new group with group edit, and call it 24day7, and then go to your current 24 group folder and select the edit button, and then select the episodes that are for this new group, you can select as many as you want, by scrolling up and down, and hitting the select button and you will see the box filled next to the episodes you want to move. Then after you have selected those episodes, use the add to Group, you will see your 24day7, and select and then they move,from the current folder to the created folder.
