Second Remote for VIP722k
Last month I upgraded to HD and got this receiver VIP722k. everything is working with first tv connection and HD programming. But the second remote with old TV in different room acts up time to time. We use this TV very less but sometimes the remote works and some time it doesn't.
It happened on the day of installation(upgrade) itself, but the technician told me at that time that some other electronics signal is interfering with remote signal and I have to isolate it to make this remote work correctly. I tried to switch off a lot of things in my house to figure out but so far not succeeded.

Re: Second Remote for VIP722k
Call dish and tell them. sounds like the antenna on the receiver needs to be moved to the tv2 location, sounds like the installer was just lazy and did not want to do it.
