HD and New Guide rollout not happening
So I've been waiting for atleast over a year for Comcast to give me all the HD channels that areas all around me have. I live in intown Atlanta (Buckhead). North metro areas even cities over an hour away all have "over 100 HD channels" as they say. I still have only about 40.
I know I've been waiting over a year. I'm not sure how long all these other places have had it since then. I've called a few times and they say the rollout is slow because my area is big so they do it slowly. This is fine but its' been a LONG time. Everyone has this new Guide where they can record from the internet and I still have this old busted Guide on my DVR.
I have Triple Play everything to the max and I pay so much but am not getting the channels all the other people are getting. This is ridiculous.
Does anyone in Atlanta have "over 100 HD channels"? I go into my Comcast office and it says that on the wall really big. It's a joke.
