Over the last couple of days our Moto DCT-3416 has stopped working properly. The guide won't populate with data and the DVR functionality says "The DVR service is not available or currently disabled". A few days before that On Demand wouldn't work. Now just about any advanced feature says it isn't available and the clock is stuck at 12:00 midnight!
We can watch the channels themselves fine (and the Internet works) though.
When we called yesterday the automated system said there was an outage, so we left it alone. Today there isn't one logged, so they said it's just our issue and tech needs to come out. The rep wasn't very knowledgeable, but she did sent a remote hit to the box to try and reset it, which didn't work. I've removed the power and waited a few minutes to cycle it a few times yesterday and today with no luck.
Any ideas? I don't want to lose all our DVR recordings. I'm assuming the tech that comes tomorrow will just swap out to a new DVR and call it done.
