Thread: New routing - no longer using ATT?

Anyone from mediacom know if this is temporary or what is going on? Usually we goto the ATT network after leaving the mediacom headend in Dagsboro. Now, we are being routed over a Cavalier Telephone DSL circuit. Ping times are fine, but a lot of sites time out / will not load. I don't use mediacom for DNS, the traffic dies after the cavtel hops. Seems kinds of a strage provider for an ISP to use....

Would appreciate any insite!

(lost my copy of the trace to a site that times out. Seems sporadic.)

better provider or cheaper? ATT is a good provider but i know there not the cheapest. Time will tell, but what i learn'd from cheap providers is there routing sucks! Good luck and hope all goes well
