diplexing OTA with dish 500
My brother lives in Sadieville KY and wants to get the Lexington OTA's. We're going to put up and antenna and I am not sure of some details. First he has a dish 500 dish, when I wired the place I ran two lines to each tv, so when he installed the dish, both were used for his DVR. Now that OTA's are going into the mix, I guess I will be diplexing them in. I do not know if on this setup Dish stacks their LNB's. also, all the OTA's are in the uhf band but will probably get preamped, will that cause any interference? Thirdly, can I diplex to begin with?
Doing some research, I may got with a rotor setup because the Cincy locals arent that much farther away.
thoughts, suggestions?
