    Exclamation Cox, Cebridge, Suddenlink?

I'm a Suddenlink (The artist formerly known as Cox Communications) customer in NC. I think. I recently posted in the Cox support forum, and have been informed that Cox reps cannot help me any longer, and that I should try posting to this forum in the future.

I have no idea if this is the correct forum, though, really. I mean... Cox was bought out by Cebridge in NC... but Cebridge is now Suddenlink. Or are only the "merged" areas now Suddenlink? Who is Suddenlink really... and why haven't I recieved any formal notice, if they are now responsible for giving me tech support?

And... since this is the "Cebridge" forum... will it become the "Suddenlink" forum? Or what?

Not to mention that the Suddenlink home page still refers me back to the Cox site for support, etc.

Here in Texas, in the Tyler area anyway, we are still on the Cox backbone as well. What really concerns me is when we switch from the Cox backbone to the GOK (God only knows) backbone. I run a server on one of my Cox commercial accounts, and can hardly wait to see the latency I'm almost sure we will be introduced to. Definite butterflies in the belly for me!

I guess on the good side, I didn't renew my contract on my commercial account at home, so if suckage kicks in soon I can always revert to a residential account. That way I'll at least pay less for suckage!
