hello, when doing a tracert to www yahoo com, it times out on the 2nd and 4th hop. now from what i understand the 1st is my router and the 2nd is the modem but what is the 4th . if i disconnect the router and hook straight up to the modem then the time out hops are first and 3rd. anyhow, any ideas? thank you. i'm getting 1/3 of 15000 at only 5000 speed.
