Problem:
Recently i have been having issues with my download speed droping out almost completly and for what i pay (89.95) a month it is not acceptable.

I have had tons of service calls over the last 3 months and each time they can do nothing. They say everyting is fine but there is bad line noise. I ask for an ETA to fix it and they say none. They have also said that most will just drops service. I told them they are the only provider of broad band and was told that if i dont like there service get dial up or dish.
